Creating this MyPrimobox account will allow you to automatically receive, each month, your payslip directly in your space.
This space is personal, without time limit, free and this even in case of departure of the company. Before being able to access your MyPrimobox space, you must at least activate it first.
To do this, you will receive the following email on your email address:
By clicking on “Activate my account”, you access the registration page on which you can fill in your personal information as well as your login credentials.
You may receive the elements allowing you create your account by postal. In this case, you must login using username and the password mentioned on this mail, then follow the steps detailed below.
2 Myprimobox Créer Un Compte
The fields “Name”, “First name” and “Email address” are your information personal. We recommend using a personal email address rather than your business address.
The “Identifier” field corresponds to the identifier that will be requested each time that you would like to access your space. It is important to use an identifier that you will remember easily in order to limit the risk of forgetting.
You will also be asked for the “Password” field each time you connect. Word chosen password must contain at least 8 letters, 1 number and 1 lower case in order to ensure a sufficient level of security.
Here again, favor a password that you will remember easily, that is clean, without being too classic. If you forget your username or password, you will have the possibility, from the login page, to request a new password or a reminder Your username. They will be sent to you at the email address indicated during the creation of your space (procedure explained in this document).
The “Security question” field is a double security that you will be asked for when an identifier recall request.
You also have the possibility, by scrolling down the list of questions to security, create your own security question. Before activating your space, remember to tick the box next to the words “I have read the general conditions of use”.

4 Connection to your MyPrimobox space

This is where you will enter, in the “username” and “password” fields, the username and password you chose when creating your account. You will be asked to enter your username and click on the “Validate” button. Once you have clicked on “Validate”, a second field will ask you to answer the secret question chosen when creating your space.
You will then have to enter the answer to the secret question that you filled in during of creating your account. This question is used to strengthen security so that you are the only person able to request a new password and so ensure the security of the information stored in your space.
Click on “Validate” and a password reset email will be sent to you. Sent to your email inbox, to the address associated with your space.
