After weeks of auditions and live shows, the 11 finalists took the stage for one last chance to impress the judges, Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel, and win the $1 million grand prize.

Country singers Darius Rucker and Jon Pardi, rap group Black Eyed Peas, former America’s Got Talent winner and magician Shin Lim, and dancers Silhouettes who were finalists on the show also performed on the episode.

The last two acts in the competition were pole dancer Kristy Sellars and Lebanese dance troupe Mayyas. They both performed in week 5 of the semifinals, and host Terry Crews announced Mayyas as the winners of America’s Got Talent 2022.

Kristy Sellars, a pole dancer, was shown in the 2022 final of “America’s Got Talent.” The viewers didn’t like how it turned out.

After Mayyas won, many fans were very happy for the winning act, which also won Arabs Got Talent.

One AGT fan, Edward Tobin, tweeted, “I knew it from their audition, congrats, Mayas, you rocked.”

Ali Colisee, a third happy fan, tweeted, “Worthy winners, proud moment” with a bunch of Lebanese flag emojis.

People who watched America’s Got Talent seemed to have different opinions, though, because some fans wrote on social media that they were upset that Mayyas won.

One person on Twitter, Clode, wrote: “Even though these ladies are very talented, there were other acts that I would have rather seen win over them. Mayas. #AmericasGotTalent.”

“I don’t think they have the best talent by a long shot. And they should change the show’s name! “Catherine, as a fan who wasn’t happy just posted: “Ugh! Not thrilled.”

Mayyas won a cash prize and the chance to be the main act on America’s Got Talent Las Vegas Live.

Vergara, 50, who stars in Modern Family and is a judge on AGT, also went on Twitter after the finale. She tweeted about how proud she was of Mayyas, who went straight to the semi-finals after she pressed her Golden Buzzer during their first audition.

After Mayyas’s final performance, which aired on Tuesday as part of the America’s Got Talent finale, all four judges stood up and cheered.

Cowell, who is 62, told them that it would be their last show “amazing,” and added, “Something has happened to you, and I’m starting to feel a buzz outside of the show. This has come down. It’s everywhere. It’s a lot. I can’t think of anything better.”

Mandel, 66, liked how their choreographer and founder, Nadim Cherfan, put together their last dance and said: “This is my all-time favourite AGT act. What a great thing for you! It’s good for women, women’s rights, and your culture.”
